Can the mattress be placed on a standard metal bed frame, or do I need a box spring?

Naiveer mattresses can be used with all types of bed frames, with or withobox spring.

What is the maximum supported weight for the mattresses?

All Naiveer mattresses can support up to 550 lbs.

What should I do If I feel the mattress too soft andtoo firm?

Hybrid mattresses usually require 30-90 days to fully adjust to your body, and discomfort during this period is common. If the mattress feelstoo firm or too soft, Reach out to us---we can help find a solution without the hasse of returning.

Can I test the mattress before buying it?

Unfortunately, no. At this time, our bedroom products are available exclusively online. However, we plan to open retail locations in the future so you can test our mattresses in person.In the meantime, we have a 100-day Return Policy. If you would like to initiate a return,please contact us, and we'll handle the process as smoothly as possible.

Do I really need to wait 72 hours before using my new mattress?

You may begin using your new mattress after 6 hours. However we recommend waiting 72 hours to allow the mattress to fully expand and dissipate any new-product odors from the manufacturing compression, and shipping processes.

Does the mattress suitable for the box spring?

Our mattress is fully compatible with most standard box springs. For the best performance, we recommend using a solid, non-spring box foundation (the most common type sold on Amazon) with our mattress.

What is the size of this mattress?

Our Naiveer mattress is offered in: Queen (US standard) / Full / King (US andard) / Twin, which size is standard suitable for most bed frame. You can confirm that it matches your purchase by checking the size markings ofn the outer box.
